10 sexuality-education Instagram accounts: who covers what?
Associations, public-health services and creators: ten accounts to distinguish before filling your feed with advice.
French original: 23 October 2026
A post can explain a word, share an experience or sell a programme. These are different kinds of content. This selection identifies the people and organisations behind the accounts to help you decide what to expect from each. Sexuality education includes relationships, consent, rights and prevention. Some accounts also appear in our other guides because they address several needs.
How we chose
Identifiable subjects, a named creator or public organisation, and sources that explain their approach. Numbers help you find an entry; this is not a popularity ranking. Diversity of audiences is an editorial criterion, not certification of every post.
Presentations and handles were documented for the French original on 23 October 2026. We did not audit entire feeds, stories or each account’s latest post. Instagram may require sign-in. There are no paid placements in this selection. The accounts and sources are predominantly French-language resources.
How can you recognise the kind of resource?
Look at who publishes, their intended audience and the sources they provide. An association may direct you to its services; a creator may offer educational content and commercial products. Follower numbers do not distinguish those roles.
01 · Association
Le Planning familial
@planningfamilial · Mouvement Français pour le Planning Familial
Le Planning familial works on sexual and reproductive rights, access to information and support. Its mission also includes LGBTQI+ rights.
Keep in mind: The account discusses campaigns and rights. For local needs, consult the association’s services and local organisations.
02 · Public-health resource
Onsexprime
@onsexprime.fr · Santé publique France
Onsexprime is a Santé publique France information service about sexuality for teenagers. Its website covers relationships, bodies, gender and prevention and links to Instagram.
Keep in mind: Its intended audience is teenagers. For NUIT’s adult readers it can help revisit basic information, but it is not a publication designed for every age group.
03 · Public-health resource
Sexosafe
@sexosafe.fr · Santé publique France
Sexosafe is a Santé publique France service concerned in particular with the sexual health of men who have sex with men. Its website links to the Instagram account.
Keep in mind: Its specific audience is useful to identify. It does not, on its own, represent every form of male sexuality.
04 · Association
AIDES
@assoaides · Association AIDES
AIDES works with people affected by HIV and hepatitis on prevention, access to care and rights. Its official account is @assoaides.
Keep in mind: The account also covers campaigning. For advice suited to an individual situation, use the appropriate services.
05 · Information and listening service
Sida Info Service
@sida_info_service · SIS Association
Sida Info Service provides information about HIV and sexually transmitted infections, with listening and referral services. Its website links to Instagram.
Keep in mind: A public post cannot assess an individual situation. The listening services operate within their own framework.
06 · Association
Sidaction
@sidaction · Sidaction
Sidaction works against HIV. Its account adds prevention, research and the fight against discrimination to a feed about relationships.
Keep in mind: Its focus is HIV; it does not cover the whole field of sexuality education.
07 · Non-profit media organisation
Club Sexu
@clubsexu · Club Sexu
Based in Montréal, Club Sexu describes itself as a non-profit media outlet and creative studio. Its mission includes sexuality education and representing diverse experiences.
Keep in mind: Its context is Québec. Services, vocabulary and local reference points do not all transfer directly to France or other countries.
08 · Creator and author
Orgasme et Moi
@orgasme_et_moi · Charline Vermont
Charline Vermont founded Orgasme et Moi. Her public work addresses sexuality education, consent and relationships, through books and public speaking as well as online content.
Keep in mind: This is a general introduction. A medical question needs an appropriate health source.
09 · Sexuality education
Wi Cul
@wicul_ · Edwige
Wi Cul shares educational content about sexuality and is also listed among Université Lyon 1’s resources. The account uses @wicul_.
Keep in mind: Inclusion in a university resource list does not certify every post.
10 · Creator and author
Masha Sexplique
@mashasexplique · Masha
Masha is a content creator and author who discusses sexuality and the postpartum period. Her public conversations also question representations of bodies.
Keep in mind: Educational content, personal accounts and commercial offers can coexist. A product presentation is not medical validation.
A feed that leaves you room
You can keep an association for its resources, an author for their questions, and leave aside a tone that does not suit you. Reading several perspectives does not oblige you to try everything, tell everything or agree with everything.
These accounts can inform and direct you. A personal health question needs an appropriate professional conversation, not a diagnosis in the comments.
